At the same time, increasing adoption of digital solutions such as GPS tracking, warehouse management systems, and electronic documentation is improving operational efficiency and transparency. Government-led policy reforms, rising foreign direct investment, and urbanization are further supporting the sector’s expansion. These combined efforts are positioning Ethiopia as a more competitive and integrated logistics hub within the region.
